Ferrero Safety Day

The Ferrero Safety Day, centered around the powerful theme 'Safety Starts With Us', was a massive, high-impact employee engagement initiative in Baramati. Events & Pro designed and transformed the campus into a highly educational and interactive safety-learning zone. Through custom-built safety gamification booths, immersive experiential learning loops, interactive team activities, and live hazard demonstration setups, we successfully translated global workplace protocols into a deeply personal, shared culture of mutual care and day-to-day safety vigilance.
